Bob Diamond, Attorney

Bob is a practicing attorney, entrepreneur, and serves as an advisor and mentor at Harvard Business School in their startup program.

Bob is a 1995 graduate of Temple University School of Law on Philadelphia and an alumnus of the law firm of Cozen O’Connor, Coopers & Lybrand and Accenture consulting.

You may have seen Bob from his appearances on FOX, NBC, or NPR, Sirius, MSNBC, or TLC’s “Flip that House.”

Bob is a graduate of Villanova University (Finance) and Temple University School of Law.

Over his career Bob has been heavily involved in real estate as both an investor, developer, attorney, and advisor.  He has personally been involved in over $100M in real estate transactions.   He has also devoted significant time to teaching real estate investing and related topics to people seeking to become real estate entrepreneurs.

Since 2014 Bob has focused mainly on the Overages / Excess Funds / Surplus Funds / Overbids. That is where people are owed large amounts of money left over from the foreclosure sale of their property.  He finds the work especially meaningful because people who have gone through a devastating foreclosure truly need the money that is being held by the government, yet they rarely know about the money and thus rarely receive it.

Bob’s practice in that area has resulted in millions of dollars being returned to these folks who desperately need the funds.

Bob also trains entrepreneurs in the Overages / Excess Funds / Surplus Funds / Overbids business.  He has put together the leading home study business system and the legal research on how the business works in the various states.

Bob also provides live training and supports a small number of serious Overages / Excess Funds / Surplus Funds / Overbids business owners.

Generally, people who interact with Bob comment on how personable, unassuming, and thoughtful he is.
